Macchiato "Mac" is going to be stunning.  He has a gorgeous head, a slender neck and his conformation is already lovely. 

 

Sire, Metall is a proven son of the ¨Black Pearl¨, Olympic Ferro. He is an extremely well shaped stallion with a long neck, beautiful head and balanced movements. His willing character is of the highest order. Metall's offspring inherit his stunning conformation and a high degree of quality and refinement. They are built very uphill and have beautiful heads. Their movements show great finesse with much power in the hind legs, lots of elevation in the front legs, and they have supple backs. Metall achieved the highest marks for the ¨M ¨ year stallion testing. He was champion of the 2001 Indoor Brabant Stallion show with offspring examination. During several stallion competitions in 2001, Metall was first at Groesbeek and Weert, second at Hengelo and reserve champion in the finals at Den Bosch.

 

Metall's offspring are now proving themselves in the show ring. Most recently his son Uthopia (Metall x Inspecteur) burst onto the international stage with huge success. Uthopia won Individual Silver and Team Gold at the 2012 London Olympics.  Metall's approved son, Special D, continues to compete very successfully at the stallion competitions. Special D (see video below) sired one of the highest priced offspring at the 2008 KWPN stallion selection which was auctioned for 125,000 euro and put through to the final testing.  He has recently been imported to the US.  Daughter Rabiola, owned by Iron Springs Farm, was Grand Champion several times at Dressage at Devon, 3rd in the National Mare Keuring in Holland, and Reserve Champion at the mare show in Brussels. Vodarijk, is a Metall daughter who took 3rd place in the 2006 Pavo Cup 4 Year Old Division, and was 2005 Reserve Champion at the KWPN Mare Championships.

 

Dam, A Royal Diamond is a 16 hand, imported Dutch Warmblood Mare. She has a beautiful head and neck with a doe-eye expression and movement that takes your breath away. She comes from the Reine stam which brought us the Dutch stallions, Johnson, Metall, Sultan, Eros and the International GP mare Reine B.

 

A Royal Diamond's sire, Royal Diamond, Rohdiamant's full brother, is an ideal type who is simply riveting. Model movement, quality, and rideability leave nothing to be desired. Royal Diamond finished his performance test in Neustadt/Dosse as the clear winner with a score of 140.65 (dressage 150.93 points. In 1997 he was hands-down winner of the performance test in Neustadt/Dosse with a score of 140.65 points (dressage 150.93). In 1998 he was Vice State Riding Horse Champion and series winner in elementary dressage horse tests and Reserve Champion Stallion at the Main Premium in Oldenburg. Royal Diamond was 1999's Vice Champion of five year old dressage horses. Royal Discovery, (€ 115,041.00) was the top priced horse at the 2001 Vechta Fall Auction. In 2002 Royal Diamond had four State Premium mares and four approved stallions.
